BCG is managed by a team of volunteers, which we call the Community Animator Team. This highlights a non-hierarchical culture, often involving a governance structure reinforcing authority and role conflicts. Instead, we believe that organizational activities should be conducted by and for the community members.
We follow the principle of alternating or taking turns among team members to accomplish different tasks, fostering a sense of collective leadership. In our team, interested members can join any time and take on roles in completing tasks and connecting important aspects of our community circles. Although we assign a role for the following member, we believe these roles should be realized as a collective role for animating the community circles.
